RESERVATION POLICY – CAMPING ROYAL PAPINEAU
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. STAYS – Campsites and lodging
- A minimum of two (2) nights is required for weekend stays.
- A minimum of three (3) nights is required during long weekends (Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day, Canada Day, Labour Day).
- One (1) night stays are permitted only:
- on weekdays (arrival Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
- or at the last minute (same day or the day before)
- Please contact the front desk directly for any one (1) night request.
- All requests must be validated by the front desk
2. CAMPING RESERVATIONS
- All campsites are configured for a maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) minor children from the same family.
- Any additional person must be declared and added to the reservation at the time of booking.
3. LODGING RESERVATIONS
- All lodging units are non-smoking.
- Animals are allowed in all lodging units, except in the hotel.
- Bedding is not included for chalets, cabins and ready-to-camp units: you must bring your own sheets, pillows and personal items.
- Please refer to the reservation website for the complete list of items to bring.
4. ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
- Campsites: check-in at 2:00 PM / check-out at 12:00 PM.
- Lodging (ready-to-camp and hotel): check-in at 4:00 PM / check-out at 11:00 AM.
- Any early arrival or late departure must be authorized by the front desk, subject to availability, and will incur additional fees.
5. PETS
- Dogs are allowed on the campground.
- Dogs are strictly prohibited on the beach and in the hotel.
- Dogs must be always kept on a leash.
- The owner is responsible for picking up waste and for their pet’s behavior.
- Excessive noise or barking will not be tolerated.
- Pitbull-type dogs are prohibited.
6. DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- As of March 25, 2026, deposits and service fees are always non-refundable and without exception.
- Applicable deposits:
- Campsites and tents: $39.40 ($35.00 deposit + $4.20 service fee if booking is made online).
- Lodging units & Hotel: $89.40 ($85.00 deposit + $4.20 service fee if booking is made online).
- A date change may be allowed to retain the deposit.
- Only one reschedule is permitted.
7. CLEANING FEES AND DAMAGES
- Campsites:
- The client is responsible for the cleanliness of their site and for properly disposing of waste at the end of their stay.
- Lodging:
- In the event of damages, smoke odors (cigarette or marijuana) or missing items:
- The $200 security deposit may be retained or charged in full or in part, without notice.
8. RESERVATION AND ASSISTANCE

- Any error may be corrected, and a new confirmation will be issued.
